LAW (Lawyers Associated Worldwide)

Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) is a global federation of small and medium sized law firms and was established in 1989. At present, LAW has more than 110 member firms worldwide, and has offices in 150 commercial cities all over the globe. LAW helps its members to utilize efficiently the network resources against the background of an increasingly quickened and globalized economy, trade, investments and services. LAW establishes a professional and reliable legal service collaboration mechanism throughout the entire world. It has a strict and practical member nomination and appraisal system, has executive committees elected by and for each region for the management and decision-making, and provides a stable and professional full-time secretariat. It is one of the most influential law firm asssociations in the world. 

At LAW the world is split into three world regions – (1) Europe Africa and the Middle East, (2) Asia Pacific, and (3) the Americas. Each year LAW summons its member firms for a global general meeting and the annual meetings of the three regions. Each member is required to attend at least one annual meeting. By means of such annual meetings, the members can get familiar with each other and build mutual trust to lay a solid foundation for any potential future business among them.

Winners Law Firm was invited to be an observer of LAW in 2005 and became a formal member of LAW in 2007. Our firm plays an important role in this federation and was elected as a representative for the Asia-Pacific region and as a global executive for several years. Winners Law Firm has made outstanding contributions to this federation in terms of the development of its Chinese members, the publicity and marketing for this association, and business cooperation. In addition Winners Law Firm cooperates effectively with LAW members in other countries by the virtue of the international resources of LAW, and is thus able to provide international clients from abroad with high-quality cross-border financing, investment and litigation services.
