Winners Plus – A public welfare brand of WinnersLaw Firm

“Winners Plus” is a public welfare fund which is led and built by Winners Law Firm at its 20thanniversary..Since 2015 Winners Law Firm has spent no less than RMB 200,000 to public welfare donations and expenditures for charity and environmental protection events. Meanwhilewetry to attract more social public welfare organizations and individuals to participate in the public welfare events advocated by Winners Law Firm and thus to give something back to society and to helpcreating individual values.

Since 2005, the 10thyear ofits establishment,Winners Law Firm started to collectdonations for children suffering fromcongenital heart disease . So far we were able to help over 130 children with such disease. In future Winners Plus will continue the donation for these children in the form of a main fund. You are more than welcome to join us!

The main uses of the public welfare fund of Winners Plus include: 

1. Projects organized to help the children with congenital heart disease in TEDAInternational Cardiovascular Hospital; 

2. Projects organized to help poor students in underdeveloped areas; 

3. College scholarship projects;

4. Donation projects for public welfare institutions for disabled children, autistics and handicapped senior people;

5. Environmental protection related public welfare projects; 

6. Other public welfare projects chosen by Winners Law Firm. 

Winners Law Firm has signed the Agreement on Entrusted Management of Winners Plus Public Welfare Fund with TEDA Charity Association, based on which the Charity Association has set up an independent fund management account and prepared a fund management account book for Winners Plus. All donations are transferred into the special account of the Winners Plus fund, and formal donation receipts (not usable for tax deduction at present) are issued to donators. Meanwhile Winners Plus will make use of thisfundonly in strict accordance with the specified purpose and procedures of the fund, while the Charity Association is responsible for the payment of the fund, the account book management, for the disclosure of fund information to donators, and accepting the supervision of donators and relevant audit agencies.
